I learned to cook from my mother, who my friends have referred to as the "Martha Stewart of France." Except she's not a businesswoman. I've worked in food service at a sub sandwich shop, and one very interesting summer as the personal chef of a French countess in Corsica (she is a friend of my mother's).
I've been asked whether I'll ever come out with a cookbook, and I figure once this blog has been going for a while, I'll amass enough recipes to consider doing that.
